{"id":162,"date":"2023-03-11T17:42:06","date_gmt":"2023-03-11T16:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/symbiosenormandie.fr\/?post_type=product&#038;p=162"},"modified":"2025-01-13T17:06:47","modified_gmt":"2025-01-13T16:06:47","slug":"caseille","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/symbiosenormandie.fr\/index.php\/produit\/caseille\/","title":{"rendered":"Caseille"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La caseille ou casseille (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ribes x nidigrolaria<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) est le nom donn\u00e9 au fruit issu du croisement entre un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jardinage.lemonde.fr\/dossier-261-cassis-ribes-nigrum.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cassissier (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ribes nigrum<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et un <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jardinage.lemonde.fr\/dossier-1133-groseille-maquereau.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">groseillier \u00e0 maquereau (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ribes grossularia &lsquo;Uva-crispa&rsquo;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> : cet hybride cr\u00e9\u00e9 en Allemagne au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1980 est appel\u00e9 le caseillier ou casseillier. Il se pr\u00e9sente comme un arbuste avec des feuilles vert fonc\u00e9, caduques, palm\u00e9es, trilob\u00e9es, bien vigoureux, sans \u00e9pines, tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistant aux maladies, tr\u00e8s rustique (-20\u00b0C) et offrant une bonne productivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La floraison pr\u00e9coce, en avril, se remarque par des petites fleurs autofertiles rouges formant de courtes grappes qui vont devenir des fruits ronds, lisses, verts virant au noir \u00e0 maturit\u00e9, plus gros que des cassis. Les fruits se forment sur les rameaux de 2 ans minimum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9colte grain \u00e0 grain s\u2019\u00e9tale sur une quinzaine de jours en juillet afin de ramasser les fruits au fur et \u00e0 mesure de leur m\u00fbrissement. Leur go\u00fbt est \u00e0 la fois fruit\u00e9 et acidul\u00e9, proche du cassis mais avec la texture de la groseille ; et ils sont riches en vitamine C.
